British website OnePoll.com recently quizzed around 5000 British travellers about where they believe the best looking people live.

Their answer? The United States of America.

Brazil, the home of an astounding number of stunning runway models came in second and Spain, third. .

''America has got a lot on offer and boasts some of the sexiest people on the planet,” explained a spokesman for the website.

''The likes of Jessica Alba, Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt all help America's image as a hotbed of good looking people,” he added.

Coming in at sixth was Britain itself, then the fashionable French at ninth, with Scotland and Germany following with 19th and 20th respectively out of the 20 countries listed.

Quick to defend any possible bias toward the Americans, OnePoll.com released data last September that rated Americans the fifth worst lovers in the world. Ouch.

    So they based the entire country on the quarter of a percent that live in the movies, **** that is an accurate poll, well done, next they will say is that the US is the fittest country because they have sport stars

    Based on anyone who needs to go under the knife at least once. Based on unrealistic images, because even those people don't look that way. No one would give them a second look first thing in the morning. I guess perception is reality and there are a lot of clueless people out there in lala land. In short, a ridiculous conclusion.

I'll believe that when the title for world's most peaceful people becomes theirs, and the world's fittest, as Ken said... Worlds most violent, manipulative, corrupt, rich, fake people, more like it.
