ok so i have this really great bf, things is we've been fightin a bit lately. i decided to go up the coast 2 get some R&R, thing is i spent wit my ex-lover, who i have strong feelins for still. he recently broke up wit his on again off again gf so was glad for a distraction. so we had a few, got talkin, got kissin, & well... guess the rest. thing is i don regret it, i came back the next day & felt more relaxed than when i left. how is this possible, when i still love my bf???

Your current boyfriend deserves better than you.
It's one thing to make a mistake and have deep regrets, but you've expressed no remorse for something that epitomises ultimate betrayal. You're not in love with him anymore, so stop wasting his and your own time and move on.
Leave you boyfriend - send him on his way to find someone better than yourself.

we all need to get away sometimes, even from what we love. just cause u think u dont regret it, its deep down in you somewhere i reckon. If u dont wanna tell him dont, if u think things r just great how they r without him knowing, then he wont find out.
you feel more relaxed cause u found peace & know that what u did has to do with you and not the relationship you have with ur bf.

sounds like even tho you love your boy, your not inlove with him anymore, as if you were you wouldnt of been able to sleep with another man. its hard to let go of a relationship but you have to tell him, you would want to know. there is no point sticking together if yous arnt happy anyways as it just wont work.

Im not judging you for one minute, but I do ask that you sit in your boy friends shoes for a moment. How would it make you feel to know your boyfriend had it off with hs ex? its a gut wrenching feeling that no one deserves to go through, I think the fact that you dont regret it shows that you dont really care for this man or respect him. Please do the right thing by him until you know what it is and let him go,
