Inside a celeb's beauty diary

Take a peek

Fuzzy

Ever wondered how some women always look so damn fine? They work at it, duh!

Fuzzy - host, Video Hits on Network Ten

Every morning:

*I shower with sorbolene cream. I am really sensitive and my skin gets dry when I'm not in humid climates, so I supplement soap with sorbolene and then reapply it when I'm out of the shower.
*I use leave-in hair moisturiser, usually Kérastase
Oléo Relax
Masque. It keeps my usually dry hair nice and soft throughout the day.
*I use Bio-Oil on scratches and scars morning and night. Go, Bio-Oil!
*I've just started using Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base as my primer. It sits well and smells so good!
*Makeup-wise, I keep it simple. I use MAC powder and Becca Compact Concealer in Fudge; they're both amazing products that look really fresh. I use a MAC 136 brush for my powder - it's great because it doesn't leave hairs everywhere! I'm currently using Napoleon Perdis Peep Show Mascara in Madame Fantasia, which gives me a bold look with just a couple of strokes on the lashes.
*I've become a lot more conscious of skin damage lately. Even my dark skin gets burnt in the Aussie sun, so I'm always applying and re-applying sunscreen on warm days. Right now, I am using Ella Baché Great 30+ Bodysaver and Great 30+ Facesaver.

Every night:

*Neutrogena Make-up Remover Cleansing Towelettes leave my skin nice and smooth for sleep and they're great for sensitive skin types as well.

Every week:

*I use Ella Baché's Great Skinpolish because it exfoliates gently, using natural ingredients.
*I comb my hair a little each morning, but I give it a big comb at least twice a week with a [wide-tooth comb] to separate my curls and to make them nice and big.

Every fortnight:

*I get a half-leg wax at Madame Korner in Pyrmont, Sydney.
*I neaten my brows myself, using Tweezerman tweezers.

Every month:

*I get a bikini wax, also at Madame Korner, or, if I am travelling, at Alternative Glow in Fitzroy, Melbourne.
*I treat myself to a pedicure. Depending on where I am, I will go to Ella Baché when I'm in Australia or the East Day Spa in Auckland.

Fuzzy's kit:

Ella Baché Great SkinPolish, $65.
Neutrogena Make-up Remover Cleansing Towelettes, $7.99.
Kérastase Oléo Relax Masque, $31.50.
Bio-Oil (200ml), $34.95.
MAC 136 large powder brush, $120.

It's great to see a woman who doesnt pretend to be perfect! Fuzzy is so quirky and unique, it's nice to known celebs need beauty treatments to stay in good shape too!  Report thisReport this

Cosmo Blog

New York, New York

Have you ever been to New York City? I’ve just returned. I mean, literally just stepped off the plane and, yes, my hair looks like crap after … oh 18 or 19 hours flying time. But what a trip! What a city! What a hoot! Let me explain … I was in New York on official Cosmo business, a fact finding mission where I was privy to a whiff of two divine new fragrances that I’ll tell you all about in the mag very soon! Let me just say this – there’s one for him (the sexy 91X RocaWear) and one for you (the mischievous and delicious new scent, Juicy Couture!)… so just keep your Christmas list (and Christmas shopping list!) in pencil for a little while yet. When working for Cosmo, however, luckily business often meets pleasure and so I also had the opportunity to play tourist, eat at some amazing restaurants, absorb the electric atmosphere of the US Presidential Elections, make new friends, catch up with old friends and shop in Zara like a woman possessed. Here are some of the highlights:
