Britney's back, bitch!
And she's looking pretty damn good
Britney has dropped her rehab pounds and is finally looking more like her old - hot - self.
The poptart sports a white bikini on the cover of OK! magazine this week, next to the headline, "How I Got My Body Back."
Spears says she lost her extra weight by cutting out sugar (including her beloved Starbucks Frappucinos) and stocking up on protein.
"I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I'll eat egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do just 1200 calories (5023 kilojoules) a day. It may sound like it's not much, but it's actually a lot of food if you eat the right things."
She's also working out five times a week. The goal, says Spears, is to "get cut."
