Britney designs clothing line

If you've ever looked at a picture of Britney in her wifebeater and denim cut-offs and thought, "Where can I get me some of that?", your prayers have been answered. Britney has just launched a clothing line with US fashion brand Candie's.

Britney for Candie's is being stocked in US department store Kohl's and includes pink vest tops, jeans and jackets. The range is aimed at young girls, but 28-year-old Britney appears in the print advertisements for the campaign.

Of course, Britney's just the latest celebrity to cross over into the world of fashion. Recently, Harry Potter actress Emma Watson designed an eco-friendly line for People Tree, and it girl Alexa Chung collaborated with Madewell. Kate Moss has designed capsule collections for TopShop and Jennifer Lopez's Sweetface has been popular for years. Even reality stars like Lauren Conrad, Whitney Port and the Kardashian sisters have clothing lines.
