Kate Moss jamming out
One of the world’s most successful models, Kate Moss, is no stranger to jamming out – she did date rocker Pete Doherty, after all. But rumour has it that the catwalk queen has been doing a different type of jamming, and has her mind set on opening a premium home-made jam business.
The model-slash-designer discovered her preserve-making talent at her country home in the Cotswold’s, where her damson plum trees were so overloaded with fruit that she began putting them in jars.
Her latest venture may seem a lot less glamorous than her jet-setting day job, but Kate's Damson Jam, as the product is tipped to be named, may soon be up for retail distribution.
Apparently the 5' 7 model is serious about her preserves, and has been seeking jam-selling advice from corporate mogul Sir Phillip Green as well as selling samples to her celeb friends – Simon Cowell included.
It doesn’t stop there, either. Kate is certainly running with the homemaker theme, and has even approached TV chef Jamie Oliver for a few tips in the kitchen. Sounds like a career change might be on the horizon!
