Apparently if she didn’t take them, she doesn’t own them.

Porn site refuses to remove Jennifer Lawrence pics

In news that is making our faith in humanity seriously dwindle, a porn website that is housing the leaked, nude pictures of poor Jennifer Lawrence is refusing to take them down, despite legal action.

Jen’s lawyers sent letters demanding the images be removed on the grounds that they were violating copyright infringement. But apparently because some of the images weren’t selfies, she doesn’t actually own the copyright.

According to TMZ, the site’s owners hit back saying they wouldn’t take down the images until the person with the copyright (Nicholas Hoult, we’re guessing) is confirmed.

Meanwhile, the hacker who started all of this hideousness is claiming to also have a video of JLaw, and is said to be accepting PayPal donations for the leak.

"I know no one will believe me, but i have a short lawrence video,” the hacker wrote.

"Is way too short, a little over 2 minutes and you only get to see her boobs.

"Anyways, if somebody wants it let me know how i can upload it anonymously (i dont want the FBI over me, and you dont wanna know how I got this video.)"

We’ve said it a lot this week, but we’ll say it again. WTF IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE?!

The FBI and Apple have confirmed they are investigating the security breach.
