Christmas bark
Ingredients
500g milk chocolate
500g white chocolate
2 packets Mint Slice, crushed into pieces
1 tsp peppermint extract
A few drops of green food colouring
Method
Line a baking tray with baking paper and put aside.
Melt white chocolate in a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water (don't let boiling water touch the bottom of the glass bowl) until melted or zap in the microwave on 30-second increments, stirring after each 30-second period.
Let chocolate cool slightly and add peppermint extract and food colouring. Add drops of food colouring until you get the colour you want. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until set.
Melt the milk chocolate in a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water until melted or zap in the microwave. Once melted, pour the milk chocolate over the white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed mint slice pieces. Refrigerate until hard.
Break or cut the chocolate into bite-sized pieces.

Wrap it up with a pretty bow and you have a lovely gift!
