Question:
A practitioner recently diagnosed me with candida in my digestive system. Apparently this makes me crave sugar and carbs and I need to avoid them to get rid of the candida. Cutting carbs completely is really hard - is there any other way?

Answer:
Suffers of candida often find that while dietary restriction can be difficult, if you adhere strictly for just a few days the results outweigh the negatives of the diet. The most important foods to eliminate are alcohol, bread and yeast spreads. You could also try including some yoghurt that contains acidophilus to restore the body's natural digestive balance.
