The celebrities getting off and getting out

Keeping up with the Kardashians star Khloe Kardashian has been released from jail after just 173 minutes.

The reality TV star was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol last year and sentenced to 30 days in prison and three years probation. She was sentenced to stay at the same correctional facility as Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie - the Lynwood California Jail for Women.

But after just 173 minutes of prison time, Kardashian was released - due to overcrowding.

This morning, we take a look at the other celebrities getting off and getting out.

I think that is pathetic, just because she is famous doent mean she should have the rights to not pay for her crime, Is she going to learn a lession from this? No! The system is a joke. This is such a joke! This sets a terrible example for people my age and it makes me sick. People in the lime light should be made example of, not let off the hook, because other wise normal people are going to think that what celebrities do is both acceptable and cool.   Report thisReport this

how can you all be so pathetic...can you all honestly say you never had a few drinks (wines) at dinner and drove home??? if you were caught on that way home would you honestly think you would desreve time in jail at all. 2nd offence maybe.  Report thisReport this

Entertainment Tonight (well, really this afternoon...)

Yes, it's true: Ryan Reynolds (aka Van Wilder aka the title character of the only good movie the poor guy ever made) has wed the intoxicatingly hot actress Scarlett Johansson, in a private ceremony in Vancouver, Canada. The couple had only been engaged for four months before their surprise sprint down the aisle. Do I believe that the two are so in love that they just couldn’t wait? No, I fear ScarJo may be up the duff. I mean, not so long ago Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz sped up the matrimonial process and then announced they were expecting. Watch this space. In other Hollywood news, Channel 10 announced yesterday that the new incarnation of 90210 will be axed from the network. I believe it will be shown in the non-ratings period (you know, along with episodes of Alf and that Hole In The Wall show). I can’t say I’m surprised - I was enjoying the cheesiness but it would be nice not to see Shannen Doherty on television ever again.
