To the creators of the "Forking Diet": aren't there enough crazy diets out there already?
In case you don't agree, here's the lowdown: by following the "forking diet", you can only eat foods that can be eaten and prepared with a fork (guess that means champagne and M&Ms are off the menu, then).
There are two levels of the diet - "Strict" (where you can use only a fork to prepare and eat food) and "Gentle" (where a knife is allowed for food preparation).
Sounds forking nuts to us.
