What is your number one tip for a new summer fitness routine I could try out with my bestie? Bikram yoga? Boxing? Should we buy a puppy and take him on walks?!

I have started Yoga and pilates. The yoga classes I go to are in a local hall, its all women of different ages and its a fun class, where we have a bit of a giggle.

running/walking is great, maybe start off walking a route, then as you get fitter run the first 20% then 30% etc of it.... before you know it you'll be running the whole way!

Regular yoga and walking at the beach and dancing with your friends at night! Always keep it fun and you will be fit for life.

i agree! something fit and fun! i like to go out dancing socially at night plus go running! try a new dance class like ballroom, tango or even salsa where you get to meet new people plus have fun learning to dance!

I find that I get bored realy easily with things like running or situps (basicly repetative things) so I find that by listening to music or watching tv I can spend a lot more time doing those things. I once lifted 1kg weights for almost five hours because I was so distracted by the tv. Although I have to admit my arms felt kind of weird after. Also I think comedy shows are the best because laughter realy dose help and you feel better too :)

I have joined the michelle bridges 12 week body transformation AND still have my gym membership. Way too hot to exercise outdoors in the NT.
