Lots of good products at Priceline/beauty stores that can lift your hair one or two shades. Expect to pay about $12-$20 for a permanent dye. Garnier is good, as is l'oreal. Don't get the mousse/spray gradual change stuff as it doesn't have enough toner in it and will look fake.
Any more than a few shades, or if you want an actual highlight effect go to a hair dresser or it will look fake and you will be sad.

Hey guys,
was wondering if you knew any home remedies for making brown hair lighter without having to pay for highlights/bleach?
