She's constantly putting you down in the subtlest of ways with her condescending and patronising ways, this sees you feeling crappy more often than not in her presence. -
She takes everything positive in your life and tries to turn it into a negative. For instance, you're stoked you got a promotion yet she points out how it'll mean longer hours, more stress and responsibility etc etc. -
Your other friends dislike her and never want to spend time in her presence. You always thought it was slightly judgemental but now... -
They are never there for you when you need them the most, whether it's a shoulder to cry on, some advice or just some girl time. -
Your stress levels peak out at the thought of hanging out with them and sky rocket while with them. Not good! -
She is jealous of you, your life and achievements so much so that she fakes being happy for you. -
Her world is always that much worse. No matter what you confide in her about, she always makes your problems seem trivial in comparison to her own. -

They are constantly clingy and needy of your time, energy and love, to help themselves, yet never return the sentiment. -
They tell you secrets that weigh down on your emotionally, for instance a love affair or feelings toward another friend, putting a burden on you and making you feel awful.
