Cosmopolitan Health Terms and Conditions - Issue 3 2011

1. Information on how to participate in these offers form part of these conditions of use. Unless otherwise stated below, all offers are available to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over only, except employees of the Promoters, their immediate families, agencies and distributors associated with this promotion. It is a condition of use that all readers who wish to partake in this offer abide by the terms and conditions set out by the Promoters.

2. For all coupons/vouchers used to redeem the offer the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Where the coupon must be presented to redeem offer, only original vouchers will be accepted as valid. The voucher is not valid if reproduced. The voucher must be surrendered at the time of redemption of offer.

3. Promotional period for the Fitness First offer commences September 5, 2011 to December 5, 2011. The promotional period for the Nak offer commences September 5, 2011 to December 5, 2011.
4. The Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for and in no circumstances will be responsible or liable to compensate the bearer of the voucher or online promotional code for any liability relating to (a) any non-acceptance by a store of this offer or (b) any inability by the bearer to use the voucher/online promotional code properly or at all or (c) the lack of quality or any other aspect of any service which is or should be provided at any store/online provider. Any dispute must be settled with the store/online provider concerned.
5. Each discount offer is made by each participating store or service provider and not by ACP Magazines Ltd, the publisher of Cosmopolitan Health. ACP Magazines Ltd will not be held liable for any failure of a participating store/online provider to honour or fulfil the discount offers. All offers are subject to the normal business guidelines of the participating stores/Promoters.

6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACP and its employees excludes all liability (including negligence) for any loss or damage or personal injury arising in any way out of a coupon holder participating in this offer, including without limitation: (a) any technical difficulties; (b) coupons that are late, lost, damaged or misdirected prior to their receipt by the Promoter or after receipt due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (c) any variation in the value of the offer to that stated in these conditions of entry; and (d) any tax liability incurred by a coupon holder.

7. Coupons/vouchers are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed in either part or whole for cash.

8. All coupons/vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Fitness First Terms and Conditions:

1. The Fitness First two-week pass for you and a friend is valid to all residents of Australia, excluding Northern Territory and Tasmania. Offer is not available in New Zealand. This offer is valid from September 5, 2011 to December 5, 2011

2. The Fitness First offer entitles the bearer to a two-week Fitness First pass for the bearer and a friend, during the promotional period. The Fitness First pass can be downloaded at www.fitnessfirst.com.au/cosmohealth.

3. Offer available to new Fitness First visitors only, 16 years and over. Guest pass is valid for the reader and a friend for 14 consecutive days from first day of entry at the nominated club only. Terms and conditions of entry apply, see in club for details. Facilities may vary from club to club.

4. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount voucher or certificate.

5. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with the Fitness First promotion, is governed by the Fitness First privacy statement. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the promoter.

Nak Terms and Conditions:

1. The free Nak Dry Klean offer is open to all residents of Australia, excluding Northern Territory and Tasmania. Offer is not available in New Zealand. This offer is valid from September 5, 2011 to December 5, 2011

2. The Nak offer entitles the bearer to a free Nak Dry Klean Dry Shampoo valued at $21.95. While stocks last. The Nak offer can be redeemed by locating your nearest Hairhouse Warehouse (hairhousewarehouse.com.au) or Price Attack (priceattack.com.au) and presenting the completed coupon at the participating stockist to receive your free Nak Dry Klean Dry Shampoo.

3. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
