Cosmopolitan Subscriptions Promotion (as seen on p224 of the September issue) 1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. 2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 3. Offer is available to all residents of Australia who subscribe to Cosmopolitan magazine for 12 months between August 2, 2010 and 11.59pm (AEST) September 5, 2010. Entry is subject to the correct use of a valid credit card or, if payment is made by cheque, the cheque must be cleared for payment by the close date of the promotion. Subscriptions are to be sent by phone 136 116 (8am to 5.30pm AEST, Monday to Friday), via fax to (02) 9267 4363 or online at magshop.com.au/cosmo. If the subscription is a gift, only the gift recipient will be eligible to redeem the offer. Gift will be delivered to the delivery address stipulated on the subscription. Please allow six to eight weeks after promotion close date for gift to be delivered. 4. Promotion commences August 2, 2010 and closes 11.59pm (AEST) September 5, 2010. Each issue will be mailed to each subscriber separately throughout the year. Every person who subscribes will receive 12 issues of Cosmopolitan and 12 issues of CLEO magazines, over one year for a discounted price of $99. 5. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right in its complete discretion to substitute the gift with another product of its choice to the same value, if it deems necessary. 6. Gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a gift occurring between the date of printing and the date the gift is claimed. Gift value mentioned is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. 7. The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) sustained in connection with this offer except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 8. Entry to this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. 10.
