But now, thanks to XBOX360 Kinect’s new virtual workout game Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2012, you can put in the hard training yards from your own living rooms (wearing your PJs if you want)!
You don’t have to be tech savvy to play Your Shape as it is very user friendly and includes a virtual coach to walk you through each workout class – hello free personal trainer! Choose from classes in martial arts, dance and fitness boot camp or the running feature that allows you to virtually run through the streets of New York, Paris and London in a Google map type environment. Once you start feeling good about your progress you can monitor and challenge your friends by sharing your workout achievements via Facebook and mobile apps.
It’s available from all good game stores November 10, for $69.95.
