The 11 foods you should be eating

As the new year is upon us, it's common for many to get back on track with their healthy eating. So here at Cosmo we thought it appropriate that we put together a little list of ingredients you should definitely be including in your diet:
 
12 - Swiss chard: Chop this leafy green, saute in a little olive oil and garnish with sea salt and cracked pepper. It's chock-a-block full of caretenoids to protect your eyes.
