Celebrity vegans
Being vegan - eschewing all animal products - is a pretty hard slog. But you can't deny that it's good for the environment, and good for our bodies, too. A slew of vegan restaurants and bakeries have appeared in cities from New York to Sydney, and celebs are taking up the cause, too.
