Doodle therapy cures stress

Scribbling on a piece of paper could be the answer to all your worries...

It has been claimed that doodling is a great way to ease anxiety.

Experts say that 'graphotherapy' reduces stress hormones in your body, relieves tension and improves your coordination.

Apparently drawing smooth loops resembling a spiral telephone cord is the best 'doodle' to do. Where's the pen and paper?
