No blues about it

Presenting the first snap of Beyonce and baby Blue.

This weekend proud parents Beyoncé Knowles and Jay-Z released the first snaps of their baby girl, Blue Ivy Carter, via a special tumblr account, helloblueivycarter.tumblr.com.

 

We cannot get over the bub's head of hair! It's also nice to see a celeb shunning millions of dollars worth of magazine deals and instead choosing to share this important moment with the world for free.

 

A personalised note "We welcome you to share our joy, thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in our lives" was followed by snaps of a beaming Beyoncé and Jay-Z holding their bundle of joy as well as the bub cuddled up in a blue polka-dot blanket - too cute!
