It’s no secret Jennifer Lopez has the body of a goddess and she’s not shy about flaunting it either. Her 46th birthday dress was NEXT LEVEL. Although we’re sure a lot of her physique comes down to killer genetics, she’s also revealed she works f*cking hard to maintain her youthful figure.

In an interview with US Weekly, Jen revealed all of the tricks she uses to stay in shape, including not subscribing to cocktails or late nights.

“I don't drink or smoke or have caffeine,” she said. “That really wrecks your skin as you get older.”

Her complexion also benefits from her sun smart vibes.

“I am rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreen. I've never been one to take a lot of sun, which is why my skin has maintained itself.”

And TBF, much like her perfume she does actually glow.

Not only does she slip, slop, slap on the reg, she's also a clean eater.

“We eat a lot of green vegetables, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, broccoli and kale.”

MMmmMm.... Brussel sprouts, said no one ever.

If you thought her staying-flawless-forever regime ended there, you’re very wrong.

She also has two personal trainers (one on each US coast) and channels Sleeping Beauty. Because, she gets a shit ton of shuteye.

“I love a good nine or 10 hours, but I can never get that,” she said. “So seven or eight is mandatory. If I don't get it I just don't feel right. I start feeling crazy, I get emotional and I feel tired all the time.”

We feel ya.
