Do you want that cute boy to get hot and bothered over you? Well, that's easy. Just give him a cup of tea and he'll warm up!
I read the other day that people who drink a hot drink tend to open up more to the person they're talking to. It's almost like a lie detector! Apparently our bodies and minds are so tightly connected that they follow each others' moves. If our body temperature is raised, our emotional temperature goes up as well.
It works the other way, too. Research shows that if you're in a bad relationship, you risk getting sick. It actually doubles the chance you'll be on a sick leave for a longer period because your body simply reacts to the negative feelings.
Great relationships, on the other hand, give you an amazing immune system, ready for all kinds of challenges. People who are married have lower rates of all types of mental illnesses and suicide, perhaps because they've also learnt to deal better with stress. They live longer and are healthier.
So if you sneeze a lot, ask yourself if you're really as happy as you deserve to be? It could be a signal from your subconscious.
And skip the chilled Boost juice for the first date! Bring on the hot chocolate instead (also great for the love hormones) and feel the heat.
