Question:
There is so much unattractive fat under my arms, my thighs, calves and arms (and don’t forget the tummy bulge!). Can you give any workout ideas to minimise the cellulite and fat in small areas?
Answer:
Any form of cardiovascular activity performed four to five times each week for 40-60 mins at a time coupled with some light resistance training using hand weights or doing a specific class such as PUMP will help you to lose body fat whilst toning up. An exercise physiologist or personal trainer at your local gym will be able to write you a specific training program suitable for your level of fitness, age and body type.
