Humidity and Hair Help!

Hiya i know whatcha mean! I went to thailand and had to stick to landscape shots cos i got a kinda fro xp Nyways i got no specifics just saying go really easy on the leave-in-hair products & use a shampoo and conditioner which is anti-frizz or one that keeps it from drying out!
