Question:
I always seem to get hungry after tea - for bread and biscuits etc. What can I do to reduce my hunger?
Answer:
Have you considered that you may not be eating enough at dinner? Sugar and carbohydrate cravings can occur when the intake of starchy foods is light; for example if your meals are just meat and vegetables. Try adding half a cup of wholegrain, low GI carbohydrates such as brown rice, pasta or potato to your main meal and see if that helps to relieve the sugar carvings.
