Ingredients
- 2 x 170g cans passionfruit in syrup
- 1 medium orange (240g), segmented
- 150g seedless red grapes, halved
- 1½ cups (375ml) pineapple juice
- 1½ cups (375ml) orange juice
- 1 cup (250ml) sparkling mineral water
Note: This recipe makes 1 litre (4 cups).
Method
- Freeze passionfruit in syrup in ice-cube trays.
- Combine passionfruit cubes with remaining ingredients in large jug.
