Revive your hair!

Bad hair day? No problem...

Revive worn-out hair now

Blast your roots
Lack of sleep dries out your mane, zapping volume. Massage a volumising spray onto damp roots, then lift your roots with your fingers, and aim the blow-dryer at them as you style. "This straps air there, creating body," explains hairstylist Kim Serratore.

Enhance your shine
Avoid matte hair with this move: rub a nourishing treatment on the tips to heal split ends, and lightly pat it on the rest of your mane to add lustre without weighing it down.

Intensify your colour
Wash with a shampoo that restores faded colour, or apply a glaze treatment, which adds gloss to your natural hue.

Tame trouble spots
If you're short on time, just focus on the key areas. Go over frizzies with a straightening iron, and degrease stresses around your faces by dusting on dry shampoo. Still not happy with it? Pull on a cute hat.

Look lifted
"Wearing your hair up gives you an energetic vibe," says Serratore. "Since more light hits your face, you'll seem illuminated." Sweep your mane into a ponytail. Or try an easy updo: Twist your strands up at the nape, and clip them in the place.

Pinch your cheeks
For an instant boost, squeeze the apples of your cheeks (gently!), and then glide on blush.

go to a Petra store, they tell you what stuff will work best. My friend has hair that sounds like yours and it felt like straw but she started using this stuff and now her hair feels soft again and it's getting healthier because the split ends are growing out. there's still hope!!!!  Report thisReport this
