Here's how often to have sex for optimal health and happiness

Not only that, it boosts creativity.

If you want to be supremely healthy, fantastically happy, and outrageously creative, you should be bumping uglies on the regular. Elite Daily compiled studies demonstrating that the optimal amount of sex for health, happiness, and creativity is once a day.

From a study on health and longevity:

A study carried out in Australia found people who climaxed at least once a day had a 50% lower chance of dying for any medical reason than those who only climaxed once a week or month.

And from another on happiness:

The American scientist Dr. Debby Herbenick found that adults who made love first thing in the morning were not only more upbeat for the rest of the day, but they also benefited from a stronger immune system than those people who simply opted for a cup of tea and some toast before heading out of the door.

And then as far as creativity is concerned, a report inPsychology Todaytalked of a study where they measured creativity after asking the participant to imagine a long walk on the beach with a loved one versus a quick romp in the hay with a stranger. Guess which one made them more creative? The romp.

The meaning of all this? Um, I think it's pretty clear and the fact that you're still reading this and not boinking is problematic. Go get yours!
