This naughty nana writes sexy stories

Honestly, how would you feel if your great-great-grandma wrote a steamy romance novel?

The world of literature is seriously unpredictable. A Mormon housewife became the best-selling author and producer of the Twilight series. A piece of Twilight fanfiction became 50 Shades of Grey, one of the most iconic books of the decade. J.K. Rowling came up with the idea for Harry Potter while she was delayed on the Tube.

Well this one is going to blow your hair back. An 86-year-old great-great-grandmother has written a steamy romance novel, set to hit shelves very soon.

The novel, called No Good-Bye, tells of a bored housewife who listens to the radio and is enchanted by the sexy-sounding presenter’s voice. She even listens to the man when her husband is in the room, in a minor act of defiance. Scandal!

“Oh, that voice turns her on!” says Georgia Gorringe, the Salt Lake City nana who wrote the novel. “It took me five years to write it.”

Sound like something you’d be down for? It’s already available on Kindle and Amazon.com, under the author’s pseudonym Georgia Marie. Otherwise, you'll have to keep an eye out at your local bookstore...
