Unfurrow that brow and unclench those fists! Today is National Stress Down Day, so take a breather and cut yourself a little slack.
Today is the first time the day has been celebrated. It was launched by telephone counselling service Lifeline in a bid to promote more relaxed workplaces.
Lifeline CEO Dawn O'Neil has encouraged all Australians to use the day to think about developing positive habits to beat stress.
"People may simply want to take some time out to do something that is relaxing to them, like going for a walk or reading a book."
