Awesome add-ons to keep your energy levels up this summer.

Walnuts
The best source of omega-3 fatty acids behind fish, and anti-inflammatory properties help reduce eczema.

Eggs
Low kJ and full of protein, eggs contain all the essential amino acid you need, plus B vitamins and fat-solvable vitamin A.

Broad beans
Packed with soluble fibre, which keeps blood sugar stable and makes you feel fuller for longer.

Asparagus
A natural source of glutathione, which helps detoxify your liver and kidneys. It tastes yum, too!

Seeded mustard
The magnesium in it lowers blood pressure and fights migraines. Mix with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil for a tangy dressing.

Pears
These are low in sodium and they’re a top source of pectin, which zaps “bad” cholesterol.
