Question:
I’ve heard that juices aren’t good for you because they’re high in sugar – is that true?
Answer:
Juices contain plenty of vitamins and minerals but as it takes a number of pieces of fruit to make a large glass of fruit juice, the kilojoules can really add up. Aim for just a small glass of 100 per cent fruit juice each day or try vegetable juice which has far less kilojoules for plenty of nutrition.
