Miley and Daniel tie for first place...

Some of the young'uns on this rich list can't even drive yet - let alone legally drink - but they're worth a collective $107 million.
Tween superstar Miley Cyrus and Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe tied for first place on the rich list, making a cool $25 million each last year. And it's no wonder - according to Alloy Media and Marketing, America's 20 million tweens spend $51 billion of their own money annually, and $150 billion of their parents' money.
