What are the best type of exercises to tone and lose weight are the tops of your thighs?

Answer:

The best options for toning and shaping legs is always cardio activities such as cycling, running and fast walking which help to stimulate the large muscle groups. Aim for at least three to four sessions each week for 40-60 minutes at a time and you will start to notice change after 4-6 weeks.
