After learning that my high school stint at McDonald’s wouldn’t get me a job at a mag, I worked as a freelance journalist for a few years. With much haggling and many annoying phone calls, I got a job at Cosmo! As web ed, no two days are the same – some days I’ll be at a video or photo shoot, others I’m interviewing celebs or updating myself on the latest goss (all for research purposes, obviously).
Apart from that, I have a healthy addiction to cupcakes, clutches and Christian Bale. I once watched a VH1 countdown of ‘The 50 Most Awesomely Bad Songs Ever’ and was proud to announce that I loved every last one of them. I’m very good at tripping over, talking too loud and saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. Oh … and in an acrostic poem that my friends wrote about me, the “e” in my name stood for “embarrassing.”

This morning over lattes...
Latte? Check. Muffin? Check. Gossip? Got it.
This morning over lattes...we read that:
- A company called Bisous is releasing a chocolate in the shape of an anus. Revolting? Yes. Delicious? We're not game to try.
- Giorgio Armani is set to dress the members of the Chelsea soccer team. Cute! We can't help but think that Giorgio must be the busiest man in fashion, though. He's already designing for his own label, and costumes for the Sydney Theatre Company.
- The newest word on our lips: supercut. What is it? Basically, a supercut is a montage of videos created by fans. They're popping up everywhere on YouTube. Our favourite? An entire episode of The Hills without dialogue. Strangely, you can still get the gist of LC's agenda.
- Jessica Alba wed Cash Warren on Monday. They've been dating since 2004, when they met on the set of Fantastic Four. Congrats, Jess...but where's the fanfare? We love a good Hollywood wedding...
- In more marriage news, Ellen de Generes and Portia de Rossi are engaged. Well done, ladies! The pair are set to wed later this year - and the word (from the man himself) is that Justin Timberlake will provide the entertainment!
