My boyfriend and I are in love, but he sometimes comments on the temporary nature of our relationship saying 'when we break up' because we are so young. Should I tell him how much it hurts or let it slide?

You might need to let this one slide and instead of trying to deny it, why not agree with him? Say, "yes, when we break up …". He'll probably get a mighty shock and then he'll finally realise how much it hurts and he will probably stop doing it to you.
