The Perfect Present
I love buying gifts. Well, I love buying gifts most of the time – specifically when I know exactly what the gift-receiver is going to adore. Sadly, this isn’t always the case. (#firstworldproblems)
This weekend, one of my very best friends in the world is turning a very monumental age. As excited as I am for his double-denim themed celebration, I have two things I need to cross of my to-do list before the weekend: write my speech and purchase him the perfect present.
Now, before you all ask why I’m finding the whole present-buying-process so hard, when we’re such good friends – I’m blaming the fact that he’s a boy (girls are so much easier) and that for the last year and a half, I’ve lived far away from him, so have missed far too many, “I really need a new…” moments.
Anyway, excuses aside, until a few minutes ago, I was in desperate need of a magic, perfect-gift-idea fairy. I found one.
