How do I get skinny legs? I am a size eight in clothing but my legs are quite bulky for my size. How can I slim them down?
Answer:
The best option for toning and shaping legs is always cardio activities such as cycling, running and fast walking which help to stimulate the large muscle groups. Aim for at least three to four sessions each week for 40-60 minutes at a time and you will start to notice change after 4-6 weeks.
