I've heard that yoga and pilates are really good for you
They toned up your body without being too strenous i think!
I do Yoga and its relaxing aswell as a giving a gentle workout!

I am in need of some suggestions of gentle work outs and/or diets I had a major accident and hurt my back an have trouble even walking some days and my weight has yoyo'ed ever since I am still a size 10 but want to go back to a toned size 8 please help I am willing to take on anything!!!
