After weeks of watching many former Bachelor and Bachelorette
rejects contestants hook up, break up, get sunburnt (RIP Jarrod's skin) and fall in love with each other on Bachelor in Paradise, the end is in sight!
The Bachelor in Paradise grand finale will air on Monday, April 30, so mark it in your diaries now and tell all your Bachelor-loving mates.
We don't know exactly what will go down in the finale, since this is the very first Aussie series of Bachelor in Paradise — and we expect there may be a couple more rose ceremonies to come, which will whittle down the numbers — but one thing we are looking forward to is THE PROPOSAL.
The early promos for Bachelor in Paradise have promised that one man will get down on one knee to propose to his BIP love in Fiji, so hopefully this is the case and we're not proposal-baited the way we were queerbaited.
The other remaining couples who don't get engaged will have to decide if they're ready to commit to each other IRL. As Michael Turnbull told Cosmo in his interview, drinking cocktails all day on the beach is one thing, but it doesn't necessarily mean a relationship will translate to the real world.
Before the finale, we still have so many questions. Will Apollo and Simone officially become a thing? Will Leah stop whinging about wanting to leave the island and actually do it? Who is coming back to stir shit in Paradise one last time? And what on earth will we do with ourselves once this show is over? Will we need to get social lives? Ugh, too much to think about.
Just remember to keep Monday, April 30 free. Don't say we didn't warn you.
