And when doesn't have her hands full removing lumps that are the literal size of a bowling ball, she is all too willing to hand out banger skincare advice.

Although she's made a career out of popping up a storm, DPP is all for preventing acne before it appears, and one tried and true method she vouches for is exposing your breakouts to the sun. Cue us all rushing to get our tan on.
"It's true that sun exposure can, in the short term, clear up your skin somewhat, and this is because sunlight is a mild anti-inflammatory agent," Lee told StyleCaster. "In fact, it has been used to treat other inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis."
(Psst! If you're on the hunt for natural eczema remedies, read here.)
PSA: Benefits aside, Dr Pimple Popper makes it totally clear that the long-term effects of sun exposure totally aren't worth clearing up a little acne. We're talking sun burn, pigmentation, and worst case, skin cancer. Of course, if you're going to give the quick tan a go, slather on a good dose of SPF first. Say it with us: Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen.
While the myth that mild sun exposure works as an acne cure is true, there are a TON of other acne-causing myths that are definitely not a thing.
OILY FOODS DO NOT MAKE YOU BREAK OUT
The idea that oily foods cause acne is totally untrue. "Greasy foods only make you break out if you were to rub it on your skin!" Lee told StyleCaster. "Eating these oily foods does not increase your skin's oil production, which is one of the causes of acne."
But if there's one type of food that will send your skin straight to Acnetown, it's Dairy. According to DPP, excess dairy can trigger hormonal changes, cause inflammation and "increases our skin's production of oil and sebum."
DIRTY SKIN IS UNLIKELY TO CAUSE PIMPLES
Believe it or not, dirt doesn't technically cause breakouts. "Dirt won't make you break out unless it stays on the skin, mixes with sweat and irritates your skin, which can then clog pores to form pimples," said Lee.
WASHING YOUR FACE MORE THAN TWICE A DAY ACTUALLY WORKS AGAINST YOU
While a religious skincare regime is key to steering well clear of breakouts, washing your face more than two times a day will actually work against your complexion. "Washing your face too frequently can actually irritate your skin, especially when you have acne," said Lee. Scrubbing your skin too often or too aggressively increases redness and flakiness and irritates the papules and pustules that are already present on your skin."
