This ‘F*ck Trump’ lipstick is helping migrant families separated at the border

The term ‘statement lip’ takes on a whole new meaning.

As you're probably aware, the Trump administration has attracted a lot of criticism recently over its policy of separating migrant children from their parents at the border.

Trump has now backflipped on his zero-tolerance immigration policy, but that doesn't mean the turmoil is over — as The Washington Post reports, parents who were affected still don't know where their children are. It's a mother's worst nightmare.

With anti-Trump sentiment at an all-time high, some companies are taking matters into their own way - in epic fashion, we hasten to add.

Introducing Lipslut's F*ck Trump lipstick.

Lipslut — the anti-Trump makeup brand born in the aftermath of the 2016 presidential election — just released a new lip colour to help raise money for families affected by Trump's immigration measures. Until July 19, 100 per cent of proceeds raised from the sale of Lipslut's F*ck Trump lipstick will be donated to charity.

The matte liquid lipstick itself comes in a universally flattering shade of nude pink.

"While I'm happy to hear that families will no longer be separated, I am still against Trump's zero-tolerance policy of prosecuting any who crosses the border," Lipslut founder Katie Sones told Refinery 29. "Lipslut will be donating to organisations that help families through this process, as well as those trying to reunite."

Unfortunately, Lipslut doesn't ship to Australia — so tell your US-based friend to stock up for those of us who can't.
