Actress, model and former Miss Universe, Olivia Culpo, is one of the most polished women in the business.

One day, she’ll be walking the red carpet with an immaculate red lip, and the next, she’s attending a premiere with a sharp cat eye. Matter of fact, Olivia’s off-duty beauty looks are very polished too, to the point we’re starting to wonder if she’s 100% human.

Don’t believe us? Take a look at the above picture of Olivia at the launch of her capsule collection with PrettyLittleThing. The red lip! The bold brows! The bronzed cheeks! It all just works – with the help of her flawless skin of course.

Here, Cosmo chats to Olivia Culpo to find out everything she does to look so Olivia Culpo:

What does your skincare routine look like?

In the morning I usually don't wash my face, I'll just use a splash of water. I like to use Kate Somerville Goat Milk De-Puffing Eye Balm to help wake up my under-eye area and then I use any moisturiser with SPF. I also like to add Clarins Radiance Plus Golden Glow Booster drops to my moisturizer to help add a little colour to my skin throughout the day. I want to keep my skin hydrated and fresh.

Do you get any professional skincare treatments done?

I recently tried a red light therapy treatment and loved it! It is basically a non-UV light that you sit under for about 20 minutes – it helps stimulate collagen in the skin and clear up any red spots. My skin was glowing immediately after.

What does your everyday makeup look entail?

I really love playing with makeup. But on my days off, it’s always nice to let my skin breathe and have a more natural look. I stay away from any heavy foundation or even tinted moisturiser and just stick to concealer on blemishes and the under-eye area. My favourite right now is Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in the shade Custard.

Next, I curl my lashes. After that, I shape my eyebrows by using a bare mascara wand with a little bit of hairspray to keep them in place. If I’m going to fill them in, I use Dior Brow Styler in the shade Universal Brown.

Final step – lips! I usually use a MAC Lip Pencil in Whirl or Spice and then just go over it with any lip balm. If I want a more dewy look, I’ll set the face with some sort of a hydrating facial mist – La Mer and Kate Somerville make great ones.

Do you have a desert island beauty product?

My desert island beauty product would probably be coconut oil because you can use it in so many ways. I use it to shave, as a moisturiser and hair mask.

Your skin always looks so glow-y! Do you have a favourite highlighter?

I have a few favourite highlighters. I absolutely LOVE Charlotte Tilbury Bar of Gold Skin Gilding Highlighter. I also love Tom Ford Sheer Highlighting Duo. There are so many great products out there for highlighting right now.

You’ve recently collaborated with PrettyLittleThing! What is your favourite item from the range?

My favourite piece in the collection changes all the time. One of my favourites is this super sexy draped white dress, that is fitted with a plunging neckline. White is personally one of my favourite colours to wear, and I love the fit of this dress. Another one of my favourites is the white shirt/dress that I wore to the launch party. I love that it’s multifunctional as a shirt or dress and can be worn day and night.

The PrettyLittleThing X Olivia Culpo capsule collection is sold exclusively on and consists of 30 pieces, all designed by Olivia and the brand’s in-house design team.
