Get up to date with the shocking news.

TRIGGER WARNING: This story contains graphic discussion of rape and domestic violence.

Ed Westwick is currently in hot water over sexual harassment and rape accusations coming from four separate women. The first allegation was made back in November of last year by a fellow actor, Kristina Cohen, and the most recent claim was made in March 2018 — where Ed was accused of rape and holding a women against her will at his home for two days straight.

Here, we track every allegation made by the women and every response made by Camp Westwick, so you can be up to date and know the full story.

As mentioned above, this post does contain detailed accounts of rape, assault and sexual abuse, so if you are uncomfortable with reading that content, we suggest you click away. However, there are helplines at the end of the article in case you need someone to talk to.

Ed Westwick and Kristina Cohen

Kristina Cohen — an actress best known for her work in Greek and Californication — took to Facebook in November 2018 to share the story of her alleged assault at the hands of Ed Westwick.

In her post she details that the guy she was dating at the time, who she only refers to as "the producer", took her to Ed Westwick's home, where the Gossip Girl actor raped her.

Kristina writes in her post that Ed at one point suggested, "We should all fuck." Kristina says she didn't want to stay but the producer pressured her to remain at Ed's house, where she took a nap. She says she woke up to find Ed on top of her with "his fingers entering my body."

Her post reads:

However, on the Tuesday morning after she shared her story, Ed took to Instagram to strongly deny the rape allegations, claiming that he didn't know Kristina and the event simply never happened.

There were then reports that the LAPD were investigating the rape allegations made by Kristina, after she filed a police report against Ed.

Two witnesses have spoken out publicly in defence of Kristina's story. One is a former child actor and friend of Kristina, Blaise Godbe Lipman, who confirmed to Deadline that she had confided in him about the alleged incident the day after it happened.

"She came over to my home the following morning and told me everything," Blaise said. "She was in a state of shock. It was without a doubt rape."

The other witness who spoke to Deadline was Kristina's sister, Katalina Colgate, who said, "Very shortly after it happened, she told me that she was raped. She told me and my other sister. I was furious."

Ed Westwick and Aurélie Wynn

Following Kristina Cohen bravely speaking out about her alleged time with Ed Westwick, another actress — Aurélie Wynn — came forward with her own story about the Gossip Girl actor. She claimed that Ed pushed her face down, ripped her swimsuit and raped her when she was at his rental place (along with other friends) in July 2014.

Aurélie's account also involved another infamous actor: Glee star Mark Salling, who recently commited suicide following his child pornography charges. Aurélie was supposedly dating Mark at the time that she was raped by Ed Westwick, but according to her Mark "pretended not to know him [Ed Westwick], then blamed me for it and broke it off with me."

This is her full statement:

Ed Westwick responded on Instagram, much like his first reaction to Kristina's claims, saying, "It is disheartening and sad to me that as a result of two unverified and provably untrue social media claims, there are some in this environment who could ever conclude I have had anything to do with such vile and horrific conduct. I have absolutely not, and I am cooperating with the authorities so that they can clear my name as soon as possible."

Ed Westwick's girlfriend, Jessica Serfaty, also took to Instagram to share her support of her boyfriend.

The model posted pictures of the two of them together and captioning them with, "Nobody puts baby in the corner," and a further 'gram (around the time that Kristina made her allegation) of a picture that simply said, "Bullshit".

Ed Westwick and Rachel Eck

A creative producer, Rachel Eck, recounted to Buzzfeed the night before the Oscars in 2014 she decided to meet up with her ex-boyfriend at the time, Australian film producer, Kaine Harding, in the hope of getting back together with him.

Rachel met Kaine at a hotel in West Hollywood at 2:30am, where he was hanging out with his friend, Ed Westwick. She said that Ed told her to message a friend to hang out with them, but she refused because it was so late and her friends would have been asleep. "When I didn't bring a girl for him he turned his sights on me," she said.

Throughout the course the night, Rachel alleges that she was sexually assaulted by the actor. Rachel said Ed would "try to kiss me or kind of push me up against the wall" whenever Kaine left the two of them alone.

"It got worse and he got more handsy" as the night went on, she said. When she had had enough, she told Kaine that she wanted to leave, but he told her that Ed wanted to apologise before he went.

Kaine took her to the bedroom, where Ed was. "Ed then pulled me onto the bed and aggressively groped [my breasts]," she said. "I shoved him off as quickly as I could and left."

Ed Westwick and Haley Camille Freedman

Months after the first three accusations against Ed Westwick, a fourth woman has come forward to detail her own horrid account of the former Gossip Girl actor sexually abusing and raping her.

Court documents revealed that Haley Camille Freedman (Ed's former stylist) was held against her will for two whole days at Ed Westwick's home in 2014, where she was repeatedly raped and abused.

According to Haley, the pair initially had consensual sex, but then Ed became "violent and aggressive," ordering his stylist to strangle, slap and spit on him.

When Haley said she didn't want to do that, Ed turned on her and "he put his hands around her neck and slapping her and strangling her against her will."

The court documents also reveal that he wanted to anally penetrate Haley, but when she actively declined, he still digitally penetrated her despite having no consent.

According to the lawsuit, Haley did try to leave multiple times, but she had no car or phone signal in Ed's mansion, so he "promised" to drive her back to her car, "eventually".

Haley continued to decline sex, but Ed didn't want to stop — following her in to the shower. The lawsuit reveals that the more Haley refused Ed's advances, the more "aroused he became", forcing himself on her again and again.

And this went on for two more days.

During this time Haley was denied access to a phone, or wifi, and Ed failed to deliver on his "promise" to take her back to her car.

He finally drove her back on August 7, 2014 (making it two days in total that she was held against her will).

Another terrifying detail in the lawsuit explains that Haley visited the gynaecologist five days after her ordeal, where it's explained that she was "physically bruised, bleeding and internally torn and infected in her genital area."

Despite these graphic accounts Haley is not actually taking the lawsuit out on Ed Westwick, but instead she is suing her former business partners who she claims cut her off when she wanted to go public with her allegations against Ed.

However, this still marks the fourth accusation against Ed Westwick.
