Kourtney Kardashian's boyfriend Younes Bendjima is joking about his inappropriate Insta outburst

He's trying to laugh it off.

Kourtney Kardashian's boyfriend, model Younes Bendjima, is trying to lightheartedly shrug off an awkward comment he left on her Instagram post by acting like it was NBD.

If you missed it, Kourtney posted a shot of herself wearing a high-cut bikini with her booty front and centre, and Younes wrote: "Thats what you need to show to get likes?"

Unsurprisingly, he deleted the shame-y comment pretty quick-smart and is now trying to pretend like we all overreacted.

On a sponsored post Kourtney recently shared of herself wrapped in a weighted blanket, Younes joked: "hmmm well ...ok for this one."

Not quite the apology we had in mind.

Quite a few of Kourt's fans were unimpressed by this attempt to make light of his previous slut-shaming and told him, in no uncertain terms, to "shut the fck up".

Others accused Younes of gaslighting (a spot-on term you can read all about here) and the rolling eye emoji was thrown about like it was going out of fashion.

Younes did not take the hint and replied to all his haters: "Let me just play around fam."

For her part, Kourt is equally unimpressed with her boyfriend's antics.

A source told E! the 39-year-old, "doesn't appreciate Younes posting his feelings in a public forum and being impulsive. She's frustrated that he continues to get upset about it. She isn't going to stop doing what she's doing and feels like he needs to understand and deal with it".

The source said of Younes: "[He] gets jealous and can be possessive of Kourtney. When she posts half naked pictures, he gets very upset. He wants her for himself and doesn't want to share her with the world."
