No, it's not 'Love Island' unfortunately.

Royals, they're just like us. Well, kinda.

While we binge on The Bachelor and Love Island, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are getting cosy in Nottingham Cottage and enjoying a reality TV sesh of their own.

Except they're not watching raunchy beach romance, they're watching The Voice Kids. Yup.

This fact has been confirmed by an actual contestant on The Voice Kids, Donel Mangena, who said Meghan and Harry lost their actual minds when they met him.

Speaking on UK talk show Lorraine, the 16-year-old said Meghan went particularly off chops at the sight of him when he performed at Queen Elizabeth's 92nd birthday celebration in April.

"I was expecting like a handshake, and Meghan Markle ran to me, gave me a hug. She screamed my name, like, 'Donel!'" he said.

Prince Harry was also a fan, introducing Donel to the crowd as "a star of the future".

"Before that actually, he said to me, 'My money's on you,' before going on stage," Donel said.

Harry also gave Donel a handshake that set the internet on fire.

"People went crazy over the handshake. Like straight after going off stage and getting ready to go home, I looked at my phone and see people messaging me and Twitter going, 'The handshake!'" Donel said.

Donel said the royal couple were "so chill". But also, by the sounds of it, crazed fangirls.
