Kim K’s former trainer on how she got her bum

All it takes is one move, apparently.

We don't actually think there's a more famous backside on the planet. Like Pamela Anderson was to boobs in the 80s, Kim Kardashian is to buttocks of today.

But mystery still surrounds exactly how she got that peachy derriere of hers (the one that broke the internet in 2014, as if you need reminding).

Having ruled out implants herself, by undergoing an X-ray on a particularly entertaining episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim's butt is said to be all down to exercise. And not just any old squat — one move in particular.

Harley Pasternak, who is Kim's former personal trainer, has revealed all, telling Metro.co.uk: "I would say a walk lunge."

So there you have it, simples. Cue an army of females walk lunging into work tomorrow.

Last year, Kim's bum caused quite the controversy when a set of untouched photos of her wearing a bikini on the beach emerged. Some fans accused Kim of fibbing and claimed she'd instead been posting heavily airbrushed snaps of herself on social media.

Kim strongly denied this, insisting the papped shots were 'Photoshopped' to make her look worse. At the time, she said in a TV interview: "I definitely was not in my best shape. I hadn't worked out in about 12 weeks, I'd had two surgeries on my uterus. We documented that on the show."

Now it all becomes clear; she'd actually let the walk lunge slide during that period of her life. Fair play, it would be hard to keep it up all day, every day.
