The 5.1 foot reality television star has revealed that she weighs 44kgs, and that she maintains her toned figure with an intense diet and fitness regime — which if you're a regular viewer of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, you'll know it involves a lot of kale.
But the only thing that Kourt will NEVER skip out on at the gym is box jumps. She revealed that she has to do at least 30 box jumps a day to maintain her figure.
