The sixth season of Married at First Sight isn't expected until 2019, but apparently casting directors are already attempting to lock down their prize contestants.
According to Daily Mail Australia, Channel Nine is chasing Queensland gal Tash Candyce to appear in the show, with suggestions she could be the new Davina Rankin.
There's no doubt Davina's drama-causing antics were the highlight of season five, but is there really someone else out there who can compete with her diva behaviour?
Apparently. Like Davina, Tash is a reality TV regular, having already appeared on First Dates. She's also in an on-again, off-again relationship with Bachelor in Paradise contestant Michael Turnbull.
Interestingly, since the Daily Mail reported the news, both Tash and Michael have set their Instagrams to private.
Before she went private, Tash's Instagram was packed full of saucy lingerie shots and selfies with the dog filter. Standard.
With The Bachelor wrapping up soon, this is exactly the kind of content we need. Bring on season 6.
